These brilliant white porcelain dishes, scratch resistant, dishwasher safe, and are designed for everyday use. The fiddlehead ferns are permanent because the design is kiln-fired into the porcelain glaze and will never fade. I kiln-fire the dishes to over 2100° F, creating a permanent design that's part of the pottery glaze itself. These dishes are super durable.

I pick flowers and ferns from my mother's garden, then press them to create these botanical designs. The last image shows the actual ferns I collected, then pressed & dried, and re-created their image on these gorgeous porcelain plates with ceramic decals that are fired in the kiln to over 2100 degrees for a permanent design. Thanks to these durable dishes, these much loved botanicals will be used and enjoyed for generations to come.
